Towers are now more numerous as the level up reward and numerous issues were fixed.

++ right click to get lay down and play dead (early version)

++ tower rewards are more numerous

++ show "because you picked this earlier" next to the choices that is from that

++ allow banishing units from reward choices to make them not appear on next levelups

++ fixed: when I order mounted unit to run away (bee archer), they stop running soon
